PRODUCTION:
Each item is designed, created, and shipped from Montreal, Canada.
We'll send you a confirmation within 48 hours if the jewel is to be produced or if it is in stock.

If the jewel is in stock, count 48 hours before shipment.

For custom creations, or if the jewelry is to be produced, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for production. This time can be extended during the high season (December) and the low season (mid-July to mid-August).

If you need an estimated shipping date or a rush order, please e-mail us and we will do our best to meet your request.

All prices are listed in US Dollars ($ USD). 

SHIPPING:
All shipments are made with FedEx, UPS, DHL, or Purolator with a tracking number and signature upon receipt of the goods.

Rates & approximate shipping times after production are as follows:

• Canada: 2-7 business days  
• United States: 3-10 business days 
• International: 7-24 business days

PAYMENT & TAXES:
All transactions are securely processed via Shopify payments.

For purchases made in Canada: applicable taxes will be automatically added at checkout.

For international purchases (outside Canada): taxes are not collected at the time of purchase and may be claimed by customs in the destination country upon receipt of goods. We recommend that you find out about taxes and customs duties in the destination country before making your purchase.

RETURNS:
We accept returns. You must email us to let us know of your decision within 7 days of receiving your jewelry.

All items must be in their original condition and unworn. All fine jewelry will be inspected and must be received in perfect condition to be eligible for refunds.

Contact us at info@benajewelry.com to inform us of your intention to return the jewel to us, and we will send you a trackable shipping label.**

Items returned to us without prior written request will not be accepted.

REFUNDS:
Once we receive the item and find it to be in perfect condition, we will issue a refund within 2-5 days of receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that we consider abusive.

**Please note that the cost of the mailing label will be deducted from the refund.

These costs can vary between $20 and $60 depending on where you live (Canada, US and internatinal).

Exclusions:

• Bespoke creations: sales are final.
• Jewelry that we have resized or modified for you: sales are final.
  
• Vermeil jewelry: Please note that this jewelry is non-refundable; sales are final.

**Vermeil jewelry can deteriorate in different ways depending on the use and the people who wear it. We offer a vermeil jewelry repair/restoration service, including polishing and plating, for refurbishment.

Resizing service:
For engagement rings and gold rings: we offer free sizing within 3 months of purchase. Service offered in-store only.
